Carmel Theological Seminary

CTS is a Bible-centered, God-centered, Christ-centered, Mission-centered, Church-centered, pure Biblical doctrinal and Indian constitutional and charismatic and interdenominational institution based on the values and principles that are prescribed in the Bible as well as Indian constitution for betterment of Nation India. We invite dedicated and born again men and women who receive any definite God's call to serve the Lord and who had responded to God's call and had taken step to prepare them for the fulfillment of God's will in their life. 1. Bachelor of Theology

Bachelor of Theology is an undergraduate theology course. Theology is the systematic study of the existence and nature of the divine and its relationship to and influence upon other beings. This course is inter-disciplinary, combining biblical studies, church history, systematic theology and Christian ethics with an optional stream comprising professional ministry studies such as pastoral care, Christian education and preaching. And it is ecumenical, dealing with the Christian tradition in all its diversity. The duration of this course is three years and it is career opening in nature after after its successful completion.

2. Master of Divinity

Master of Divinity is used to define the study of different faiths and believe systems. In Christian Theology, this degree prepares students to work as a pastor, priest or in other parts  of the ministry.  This is the path for students who are interested in religious studies and pursuing work in the  professional ministry for students interested in teaching, an advanced degree can prepare you for a career in religious studies.  This program generally requires students to complete 91 credit hours and focuses on various  theologies, Old Testament, New Testament, Church History, Pastoral Counselling, and more.  In CTS, M. Div. requires a thesis, upon completion of the program. 

3. Master of Theology

Master of theology is a two year research program with in-depth research and writing knowledge of theology subjects and regular classes and final examinations for prescribed subjects.
